Trade Secret receives trailer loads of furniture originating principally from Marks & Spencer, Laura Ashley, John Lewis and House of Fraser. To a lesser degree we receive items from Next, Debenhams as well as Furniture Village. In addition we also have product from a few Independent stores.

We never know what we are getting until we unload the trailer.

All items are unwrapped, inspected and put on the floor for sale at exactly half the normal catalogue or retail price.

The furniture represents customer order cancellations, returns (principally a function of internet and catalogue buying) and end of line stock.

As we can never be 100% sure that the product is not damaged we check every item that we put on the warehouse floor for sale.

Most of our stock is sold as seen to the customer and in most cases the product is perfect. However blemishes marks or minor damage is, in some instances, evident on certain products.

The product offered for sale on the Internet is specifically selected to exclude any product that may have any significant imperfections. However it is conceivable that the product you receive may have minor damage.

In order to prevent any disappointment, before arranging your delivery, you will be contacted and advised of any imperfections that may exist. We will describe the problem to you and if requested will email you close-up photographs of any imperfection. If you do not want to proceed we will cancel the order and refund you immediately.

If you are happy to proceed we will arrange delivery and if on delivery you decide you are not happy we will gladly accept return of the product and effect a full refund.

Making our products available to you on the Internet is quite unique and cannot be viewed in the same light as many Internet businesses.

Our product will not arrive in the factory packaging, will not have any guarantee and may have minor imperfections.

However our product represents high quality current ranges from top name stores made available to you at half the price and as it is in stock you will have it significantly sooner than if you were to order it from the principal.
